The Services are designed to provide users or buyers access to a collection of icons uploaded to the icon library on the Services by designers from around the world (each such icon, an “Icon”).
By accessing this site, we are collecting some basic information like your name, your IP address and other data that you provide while doing different activity on our site, for informational purpose only.
Eligibility
To use the services of IconScout, you first need to bind the contract with IconScout in compliance with all the Terms and Conditions applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.
Services are strictly prohibited for anyone under 13 and it will be violation of these terms. Once the user is suspended / removed by IconScout is not eligible to use the services anymore.
Agreement
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement at any time by posting a notice on the Website, or by sending you a notice. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Your use of the Services following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement as modified.
In order to access some features of the site, you will have to create an account. You can create your account on IconScout in two manners, either by directly providing your basic contact details or by connecting to third-party services such as, Facebook, Google, Twitter or GitHub. By creating an account, you will have an access to the services and functionality that we have established & maintained. We may maintain different types of account for different types of users.
By using third-party services, you give us permission to access and use your information from that service as permitted by the service, and to store your log-in credentials for the account service.
You are strictly instructed not to use any other User’s account information. At the time of creating account, you must provide accurate and all the necessary information. You are solely responsible for all the activities that occur on your account, and you’re requested to keep all the information safe and private. We advise you to use “Strong” password for your account.
You can control your personal profile by User Dashboard page. Here you can change and control all your account information such as personal details, billing details, subscriptions or account information. IconScout will use your email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes of features, newsletter, special offers and discount. To stop receiving this mail you can unsubscribe anytime. Unsubscribing from emails can prevent you from receiving email regarding updates, improvements, offers and discount.
At the time of any security breach you are advised to notify to IconScout immediately. IconScout will not be liable for any liability, damage, cost, loss or expense caused by or in connection with any unauthorized use of your account.
Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Service for your use only as permitted by the features of the Service and by these Terms. CM reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the Service and the CM Content (as defined below). CM may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.
You may enable or log in to the Service via various online third party services, such as social media and social networking services like Facebook or Twitter (“Social Networking Services”). By logging in or directly integrating these Social Networking Services into the Service, we make your online experiences richer and more personalized. To take advantage of this feature and capabilities, we may ask you to authenticate, register for or log into Social Networking Services on the websites of their respective providers. As such, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Social Networking Services. Contests, promotions or similar opportunities may be made available for short period of time for user by IconScout. If you agree to participate in any this kind of activity, then you will become subject to specific rules of promotion. These rules may vary from the terms and conditions set forth herein. Same could be possible in fees and payment rules but specific to promotion or contests you’ll be paid. To the extent that the rules of a particular Promotion conflict with these Terms, the terms and conditions of the Promotion’s rules will control.
There are several ways in which icon downloader & purchaser or designers can ask for refund. Although you are getting the refund of your money, you won’t be able to cash out that amount. The refund amount will be stored in your account from which you can make any other purchase.
Plan ActivationDuring the renewal of Miniscout/Masterscout subscription, your account will be charged automatically. Before renewal process gets carried out you’ll get mail notification before 2-3 days. In this case, you can get refund for it but cancellation charge will be calculated for activation of plan. Here we can issue a refund for it if you haven’t downloaded any icons from the moment renewal is on. If you’ve downloaded icons, we assume that you’re using the service and you won’t be allegeable to get refund of your payment. Currently we do not support recurring payment, your plan renewal will occur from your account balance. If you don't have sufficient account balance then we will notify you via email.
Accidental PurchaseIf you purchased any item by mistake, then you are entitled to get a refund. After accidental purchase of item, you need to send the refund request within 15 minutes, if you haven’t downloaded any format of that item. If you’re failed to do so we assume that you’re using the item and you won’t be allegeable to get refund of your payment.

RequestFrom your authorized Iconscout account email address, you need to send Invoice ID of the Plan activation or any Icon/Iconset Purchase. In case of accidental purchase you need to provide Icon URL with your mail.
ReviewOnce you've submitted a refund request, the Iconscout team will review it and may contact you for more information.
ApproveAfter your request has been approved, Iconscout will notify you via Email. Though, it may take little time to transfer the amount in your account.
DeclineIf Iconscout team will find that your request to refund is not matching our Refund policy or it is not appropriate then your request will be decline. You’ll get this notification via Email.
Time to processed refund requestWhen you send the refund request, Iconscout team will get back to you within one business day.
If your refund request is approved by Iconscout team, you’ll get refund of amount in your account within 2-3 business days.
At Iconscout we have customized pricing according to the services rendered by us. The details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency and the output of the service. Typically, the range of transactions on our website starts from USD 1.
Currency ExchangeThough we are showing all the prices on USD on Iconscout, we are handling all the transaction in INR. When you are depositing, or withdrawing any amount in and from Iconscout, according to currency exchange rate with USD amount will be calculated.
