IconScout’s fair usage policy (“FUP”) is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our products. IconScout’s products are for individual use only in accordance with this FUP (“Legitimate Use”). The following is a non-exhaustive list of practices that would not be considered Legitimate Use:

• Using Subscriptions for mass downloading of Content.
• Re-selling downloaded Content.
• Sharing subscriptions between users in any means.

Other practices may be relevant in determining Legitimate Use and IconScout reserves the right to take any unlawful, prohibited, abnormal, or unusual activity into account in making its determination. IconScout may at its option, terminate or suspend its relationship with you, and your use of any IconScout product immediately if it determines you are using the product contrary to this FUP.

Subscriptions

Your subscription to the following IconScout plans is subject to our FUP detailed above:

• Icons Only
• All Access / Individual Plan
• Team Plan

Upon reaching an excessively or unusually high number of downloads from your account, you'll receive a pop-up message informing you of this.

At that point, you’ll no longer be able to download any more assets, and you may either continue downloading after sometime or contact us at [email protected] if you require more urgent assistance.
