What is IconScout All Access?

Which license am I getting for all my assets?

How can I cancel/upgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade or cancel a subscription anytime from Dashboard under the "Subscriptions" tab. Keep in mind that your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Will I lose access to my downloads/purchases if I cancel my subscription?

No, you keep the downloads and purchases even after you have canceled your subscription. Once you cancel your subscription, we will not auto-renew your subscription, but your purchased or downloaded assets are yours to keep.

Is there a fair usage policy applied to the IconScout All Access plan?

Each IconScout account has a fair usage policy to help us eliminate bots and unfair use of the subscription. By default, your account has a limit for asset downloads a day (which works for 99% of use cases.) If you need more assets, you can write to us at support@iconscout.com. We'd be happy to help you.

How can I get a refund?

You can get the full refund within seven business days from the purchase date if and when you didn't get to use the service. That is, you haven't downloaded any assets. Also, you will be refunded in situations when you are charged incorrectly due to technical problems and in case of fraudulent payments.
