For the Individual Plan, all downloaded assets are only available in your individual account.

For the Team Plan, the downloaded assets, color palettes and collections are available for all your team members on the team account.

No, you can keep your downloads and purchases even after you’ve canceled your subscription. Once you cancel your subscription, we will not auto-renew your subscription, but your purchased and downloaded assets are yours to keep.

We understand that teams are dynamic by nature, which means adding and removing members from time to time. Your IconScout subscription is adaptive. Any new member is tied to your billing cycle and billed team plan amount times the number of days remaining on your annual billing cycle. Upon renewal, all members are billed automatically for 12 months.

When you remove a member from your account, you can allocate their seat to another member simply by changing it or deleting that user to avoid being billed upon renewal.

The owner who initially created and paid for the team is billed using the payment information they provided. Only the owner can add other members.

We’d love nothing more than for you to enjoy the full value of your subscription with unlimited design asset downloads. However, in order to prevent misuses like account sharing and bot downloads, we have a Fair Usage Policy in place where our backend system temporarily blocks downloads whenever it detects a high number of downloads in a short span of time. If this happens to you, try downloading again after a while or reach out to us at [email protected].

You can get the full refund within seven business days from the purchase date if and when you didn't get to use the service. That is, you haven't downloaded any assets. To request a refund, write to us at [email protected].

You can cancel your subscription any time for the next billing cycle, during which you’ll be downgraded to our Free Plan.
