Pat Hines, who couldn’t be concerned to learn Photoshop and illustrator, design his entire ebook using good old Microsoft Paint went against the tide in utilizing highly advanced designing tools. While working long overnights at a hospital reception desk, he honed his craft in this tool.

Only those who attempt the absurd can achieve the impossible.

This Boston based artist justified this quote by the legendary Albert Einstein. To design his graphic novel – Camp Redblood And The Essential Revenge, he started learning Photoshop and other utilities. Unfortunately, he found no luck in understanding these complicated technologies. Hence, he focused on mastering the product of his acquaintance – MS Paint.

“I suck at Photoshop and other programs, and have worked exclusively in Microsoft Paint for over ten years… I honed my craft working long overnights at a hospital reception desk…,” Pat writes.

About The Book

Camp Redblood And The Essential Revenge transports one back in the world of 80’s. It is a fictional creation revolving around summer camp, paranormal and teenagers. Being pranked by the local super-camp, Steve Clarkson – Camp Redblood’s counselor and his troop sets on a journey to take revenge with them. Amidst this journey, they encounter gruesome monsters, haunted woods, treacherous trails etc. Along with the horror and vengeance elements, it has that era’s touch of frivolity.
