SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)
Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is an XML-based vector image format for two-dimensional graphics with support for interactivity and animation. It’s a scalable format meaning that you can change it to any size without quality loss. You can edit your SVG files in software like Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Inkscape or Affinity Designer.
PNG (Portable Network Graphics)
Portable Network Graphics (PNG) is a raster graphics file format that supports lossless data compression. PNG is the most used lossless image compression format. You can download PNG icon file in various sizes. PNG files come as they are. You cannot change its color or shape. You cannot even change its size, they will get pixelated.
ICO (Microsoft Windows icon format)
The ICO file format is an image file format for computer icons in Microsoft Windows. ICO files contain one or more small images at multiple sizes and color depths, such that they may be scaled appropriately.
ICNS (Apple OS icon format)
An ICNS is an icon file used by Mac OS X applications. ICNS is an Apple specific format only suitable for Mac OS X documents and apps.
Iconscout are providing all the necessary icon sizes which are most useful in web and mobile development.
16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 96x96, 128x128, 192x192, 256x256, 512x512.
All mentioned sizes are in pixel.
Yes, you can have multiple subscription plans but at a time only one of them will be active i.e. you can download icons from that one subscription plan only.
On Icon preview page, click on the download button. On popup window select the appropriate file format and size of the icon. You cannot edit the PNG file so make sure you download the appropriate size icon. By clicking on the suitable file format button icon will be downloaded.
You need to have verified iconscout account to download any icon.
All icons on Iconscout are owned by the seller (i.e. designers), unless stated otherwise.
You can create your IconScout account in two manners. First is direct account and second is connecting to IconScout by third-party service. To create direct account you need to provide your Email address and password with other necessary information. Other option is to create account by third party services like Facebook, Twitter, Google or Github ("Social Networking Services").
On your account go to Dashboard page you’ll find download button which will show all the icons you’ve downloaded.
Forgot password
Click on Forgot password button. You’ll get mail on your registered email address then follow the instruction given in mail to change the password.
Change password
Go to Profile-setting page and click on change password. Enter existing password and new password.
Change Username
Go to Profile-setting page and click on Account information. Change the Username in it.
Change Email
Go to Profile-setting page and click on Account information. Enter the new email address. You will get one confirmation mail from Iconscout on this new email address. Verify the email to activate it.
Change Display Picture
Go to Profile-setting page and click on profile picture and select new picture.
Change Cover Image
Go to Profile-setting page and click on cover image and select new picture.
To upload single icon / iconset, you need to have an IconScout account. Since the uploading feature is under construction, you need to send your icon files as compressed folder on [email protected]
We at IconScout will first examine your icons and then upload it under your name as a designer.
When you are sending icons to us make sure all the icons has appropriate tags. We will consider your compressed file name as an Iconset name so make sure it is appropriate.
In any case IconScout has all the rights to change the Iconset and Icon tags name. This is only to help users for better experience.

Iconset is a set of icons that shares same design style and same category which are group together to upload. While single icon is individual entity which doesn’t belongs to any group.
